Tina was amazing. She was quick to respond to any concerns or questions. Tina will fight for everything you are looking for. If there are any new news or updates, you will be finding out the minute she does. I cannot recommend Tina enough, using Tina was great and I will absolutely be using her again for future home-buying experiences.

Tina did an amazing job with the sale and preparation of our house and with the closing! She sold it to the first people who viewed the house, the next day after the listing. She helped us contact several people who painted, cleaned, and repaired our home—every one of them performed with excellence. Then after we had moved out, prior to the closing, a huge tree branch fell on our garage roof. It punched a big hole in the roof; I was able to get a tree trimmer to the site that same day to remove the branch and Tina immediately put us in contact with an exceptional roofer-who also knew a gutter installer. We were on an extremely short time frame with the closing quickly approaching. Tina and her contractors were able to complete the roof repair and entire reroof of the house as well as a total gutter replacement just in time for the closing. I don’t know how she got everything to work out so fast for our closing. She went well beyond the extra mile to help us keep our closing date. I recommend Tina to family and friends and anyone else without hesitation! She also helped us buy and sell our home five years ago.
